The shipping rates shown are for the lower 48 states. After receiving payment, item is shipped via UPS or FedEx at our discretion. For shipping to Canada, PR, Guam, USVI, American Samoa, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box or APO/FPO addresses please contact us for a shipping quote. Some items are not available to all areas.

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. If there is a manufacturing error or product defect you will qualify for an exchange/part replacement. In that case a replacement part will be sent, please contact us if there is a problem with your item.

We offer a 30 Day return/exchange policy. Returns are accepted as long as the item is sent back to us in the exact same (New) condition with all parts, manuals and original retail box/packaging. There will be no refund or exchanges on used or worn items. Items with "Free Shipping" that are returned are subject to actual original shipping charges and will be deducted from the refund. If you receive an item that seems to be defective please contact us prior to returning the item. For all returns/exchanges, please initiate the return/exchange via eBay returns process. (Under Recent Purchases) Return authorization number is REQUIRED prior to returning any item.
