This value for money micro quilted traditional spring mattress has a double insulated 13.5 gauge open coil spring unit for core support, with a layer of luxurious polyester comfort fillings, covered with a Cooltouch micro quilted fabric in a diamond design with a grey quilted diamond border. This single sided medium soft feel value mattress is an ideal mattress for kids, bunks, cabin beds etc (please check size including depth) but is suitable for all bed base types. To prolong the life of your mattress and maximise comfort, we recommend regular rotating of the mattress.

Manufactured in the UK, this value for money micro quilted conventional spring mattress is fully compliant with all relevant UK fire safety regulations for domestic use. BS 7177 : 2008 for domestic use (low hazard)

These mattresses are compressed, vacuum packed, rolled and boxed for ease of handling. It may take a couple of hours to fully expand after opening and will benefit from 24 hours airing before use. Packaging is for transportation only. Please do not leave mattresses rolled for more than 7 days from receipt.

Please note that these mattresses do not have side supports and you should therefore try to avoid sitting on the edge of your mattress for prolonged periods.

Rolled Mattresses

The majority of our mattresses are compressed, vacuum packed, rolled and boxed for ease of handling and delivery. Rolled mattresses will need several hours to air to size in a dry, well ventilated room prior to use. Please note that for best results, mattresses should be opened within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that rolled mattresses do not have side supports.

Deliveries

Please note this is standard courier delivery and an all day delivery service between 8 am - 6 pm to the door only. We will only deliver to the address provided through checkout. Address change request via messages or notes are not acceptable. We cannot deliver on Saturdays nor call prior to delivery, sorry.

Please be aware that multiple item orders may not all arrive on the same day.

Please be aware that new foams have a distinctive odour like fresh paint or a new car. This harmless odour usually dissipates once the product has acclimatized to your home, though this may take several days of airing. There are plenty of tips for dealing with this on the internet should it linger.

Returns

This purchase is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason, please contact us through eBay within 30 days. The cost of return is your responsibility under these circumstances, and can be expensive for large bulky products. Ensure you have checked the sizes you need before placing your order. Mattresses that have been slept on are non returnable for hygiene reasons. For faulty items, or where we have sent the wrong item, we will either pay for the return, refund or just replace at our discretion. Your statutory right are not affected.
