Former film and TV actor, Ronald Reagan, ran for California Governor in 1966 and won two terms.  This was during many of that state's student protests, over the Vietnam War and other issues, which made Berkeley famous and infamous.  A law-and-order candidate and governor, these 1.25" cello buttons were sold in those hippy-dippy head shops to young people who thought they could get away with anything and resented when they got tear gassed.  In light of all the anti-President Reagan pins out there, a person can build a wonderful collection of trays filled with just anti-Reagan pinbacks. So, we thought we'd list a couple of dozen just for kicks.  Since his wife, Nancy Davis, was also a professional film actress, this barb carries a double meaning about her which, in today's woke culture, doesn't mean as much.
