This is an original ship profile drawing of the USS Enterprise CVN 65, by noted naval and aviation artist George Bieda, a retired US Navy Captain. Mr. Bieda uses his extensive knowledge of ships and aircraft and numerous reference materials to portray the subject matter as accurately as possible.  Each print has its own unique number.  The image area of the print is 11” X 15” and it is printed on a 12” X  16.5” sheet.  The print fits nicely into a 16” X 20” frame, using a 2 ½” mat.

The prints are produced on high-quality giclee printers with highly fade-resistant inks (guaranteed for a minimum of 75 years) on heavy weight, acid-free, archival paper stock. 

Most US Navy and Coast Guard ships remain in service for 30+ years.  During that time, ships undergo upgrades and changes, usually to their electronic, communication, and weapons systems.  In this drawing the ENTERPRISE is configured for the 1993 - 1997 time frame.
