Expertly packed and shipped. I overpack everything I ship in 100% bubble wrap. I also buy proper boxes for stereo and rack gear, either 24x18x10/7 or 24x12x6. I've shipped hundreds of A/V and fragile items with a damage rate less than .5%, and I insure when needed. I typically ship in 1-5 days, often same day, but it may be several days. I am not a full time business; I work in health care and am alternately very busy and very not busy. I typically only ship twice per week.
