Features:

Recommended for:

  • Multi cooking method: stewing, braising, frying, sautéing
  • Can be used on gas stove tops, open fire, grill, charcoal cooking.

Use & Care:

  • Before first use, rinse the pre-seasoned cookware with hot water and dry thoroughly. Do NOT use soap.
  • For best results, cook using medium heat and apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the cookware’s cooking surface before each use. Use heat-resistant silicone, plastic, or wooden utensils only. Avoid metal utensils.
  • After cooking, clean the cookware using a stiff brush and hot water, simply rinse with hot water (do not use soap or plunge into cold water), and dry thoroughly. To remove stuck-on food, boil water in the cookware for a few minutes to loosen residue, then rinse and towel dry. Soap and harsh cleaning detergents should never be used to clean pre-seasoned cast-iron cookware. After hand washing, towel dry immediately and apply a light coat of oil (cooking oil is suitable) to the cooking surface while the cookware is still warm (to prevent rusting). Do not put cold water into the hot cookware or let it air dry.
  • This pre-seasoned cast iron cookware is NOT dishwasher-safe.

  1. Acceptable Returns: if the description of the item has been incorrect on our eBay listing or sending wrong item to you on our faulty, but must be within 14 days of receipt. 
  2. Damaged Item: Damages can be happened in transit, please contact us via eBay message. We will send replace parts ASAP. We only accept returning goods if parts replace cannot be supplied. 
  3. Buyer's Reason: If you change your mind or wrong choice about the measurements of the item you have purchased, you must return it to us within 5 days after receiving, and you will cover returning postage or freight costs. Once the item is returned and assessed in the original condition, unassembled, with labels and original packaging intact, we will make the refund to you, but your purchase price only, without the postage or freight costs which it had been paid out to shipper (e.g. Australia post). 
  4. Later Usages: If you intend to use the item at a later date, after the 14 days, you must open all the boxes and check for damages or faults within the 14 day period after your item has been delivered and notify us immediately, as late claims (after 14 days) for damages or faults will not be 100% guaranteed to be accepted.
