CNC machined from 1/4" Black Cast Acrylic.
1/8" x 1.125" Weir Slots (840 GPH Corner/ 1080 GPH Center) - Back tapered for quiet flow.
These are machined as one piece. The bend is partially back cut with a 90 degree bit prior to bending so the part remains 1 piece with a tight smooth surface on the front. The back cut groove is rebonded with Weld-On® cement for maximum strength. We are the only company on Ebay currently making these with this method. The end result is a smooth seamless edge on the front, a full 90 degree seam on the back and the full strength of a solid part.
These can be installed one of three ways (see drawing in photos).
5" x 4" (width x depth) - Right on right back corner of tank, Left on left back corner of tank.
4" x 5" (width x depth) - Right on left back corner of tank, Left on right back corner of tank.
6" x 4" (width x depth) - Center position

These are designed specifically for rimmed Aqueon® glass tanks. They will fit just under the lip of the rim. If you have a tank from a different manufacturer, check the height by measuring the distance from the bottom of the tank to the bottom of the rim lip on the inside of the tank.
Always confirm the glass panel on the tank you are drilling to install overflow plumbing is not tempered prior to ordering. Aqueon states in their documentation that the tanks listed for these overflows are not tempered on the sides or bottom. However, Aqueon will use tempered glass in any panel on any tank if supply or demand requires it. So any specific tank can have tempered glass on any panel - Always check your specific tank before drilling.
