ORIGINAL 13X20- inch 1884 Estate of the Late Gabriel Winter property  FLUSHING QUEENS LONG ISLAND NYC LIRR 13X20 REAL MAP ESTATE.

Very rare printed map issued for Halloran agency in Flushing shows the Northside branch of the Long Island Railroad as well as existing buildings at Broadway near Prince and Farrington streets in Flushing Queens County Long Island in 1884.

Map includes improvements to the winter map on a sheet of typing paper.

Math was made by G.A. Roullier, a civil engineer in Flushing.

This map has been mounted on part of the 1904 blueprint for the State Street Armory in Flushing which is Illustrated in my description.

We have never seen this map before and we have made minor repairs with imported archival acid-free tape and the map is quite presentable and very frameable for display.
