Manufactured with our highest grade vinyl (for durability that rivals that of leather), our "Leather-Like" Vinyl Seat Covers offer you an economical alternative to original seat covers, yet look just like leather!; All 1984-1988 Covers are available with or without perforations; 1984-1988 Non-Perforated Seat Covers last longer and look better than original design perforated seat covers. Note: All Corvette America 1994-1996 Sport Seat Covers are now sold only with new seat foam. Due to the procedure the manufacturer used to attach original seat covers to the foam, it is extremely difficult to remove original covers without severely damaging the original seat foam, resulting in a poor installation of new seat covers. As an added service to our customers, and to prevent this problem, we now sell these seat covers only with the foam. In addition, the seat covers will be attached to the new foam by our professional installers in the same manner as the factory originals. Corvette America has traveled a long and winding road over the past 45 years and has come a long way since its humble beginnings in one man’s garage. The company was founded in 1977 by Dan LeKander in Connecticut. The idea for the business occurred when he wrecked his Corvette and realized it was worth more money selling it piece by piece that it was whole.
Dan started the company out of his house, moving it to Boalsburg, PA in 1978. He had a restoration business building and refurbishing clocks, gauges and radios for Corvettes, and would sell them at swap meets.
Corvette America began manufacturing interiors in 1981, with the first product being door panel skins.
Today the company is the largest manufacturer of Corvette aftermarket parts and interiors. Every product made by Corvette America is available at Top Flight Automotive.
