It can automatically detect NPN, PNP bipolar transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOS field effect transistors, junction field effect transistors, diodes, double diodes, low-power unidirectional thyristors and bidirectional thyristors. Automatically identify the pin layout of components.
Measure the current amplification factor and base-emitter threshold voltage of bipolar transistors.
Darlington transistors can be identified by their base-emitter threshold voltage and high current amplification factor.

Two resistances can be measured simultaneously and displayed with the resistance symbol. Displays 4-digit values with decimals on the right. The pin numbers are displayed on both sides of the resistor symbol. So the potentiometer can be measured. If the potentiometer wiper is not adjusted to a certain extreme position, the middle and end pins can be distinguished.
The resolution of resistance measurement is 0.1 ohms and can measure up to 50M ohms.
Capacitance can be measured. It is displayed with the capacitance symbol, and the value is displayed on the right side, and the value with 4 decimal places can be displayed. Capacitance of 30pF-100mF can be measured with a resolution of 1pF.
Capacitors above 2uF can measure the ESR value of the equivalent series resistance at the same time. Can display two-digit values with decimals with a resolution of 0.01 ohms.
Two diodes can be displayed in the correct order and diode symbol, while giving the forward voltage of the diodes.
The LED is detected as a diode, which has a higher forward voltage. A 2-in-1 LED is identified as two diodes.
Zener diodes with reverse breakdown voltage below 4.5V can be identified.
The reverse capacitance of a single diode can be measured. The reverse capacitance of the collector or emitter junction can also be measured if the base of the bipolar transistor is connected to a pin of the collector or emitter.
Only one measurement is needed to get the connection of the rectifier bridge.
Although the lower limit of capacitance measurement is 25pF, you can obtain the desired result by connecting the measured capacitance in parallel with a capacitance of known capacitance of at least 25pF, and then subtracting the parallel capacitance from the measurement.
