The Saudi Arabia 20 Riyals Banknote Was issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in 1999 to commemorate the centenary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The obverse of this banknote features King Abdul Aziz and the Quba Mosque in Medina. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the centenary logo and the Jabal an-Nour (The Mountain of Light) near the city of Mecca. The banknote contains a holographic patch, a solid security thread, and a windowed Starwide security thread with demetallized Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority in Arabic text. It also contains a watermark that reveals King Abdul Aziz with an electrotype 20. The note measures 152 x 69 mm and bears the signatures of Hamad Saad al-Sayyari and Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz bin Abdullah al-Assaf. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition.
