This Zimbabwe 5 Dollar banknote is part of the bond note series that was released in 2016. The banknote's obverse side features the iconic Chiremba balancing rocks in Epworth with the Zimbabwe bird as the registration device. The reverse side features the Zimbabwe bird on a star along with three giraffes and trees. This purple and yellow banknote measures 155 x 66 mm and is equipped with a windowed security thread with a demetalized RBZ to enhance its security features. Placing the note under a UV light would reflect a watermark image of the Zimbabwe bird and electrotype vertical RBZ.
