Time: we endeavour to ship all paid orders within the next business day.

The delivery time may vary depends on your locations. And the delivery time may be delayed during the Christmas, Easter and other public holidays when it is really a busy time for Australian Post.

Multiple Items Purchase: If you buy 2 or more different items, the postage depends on the total size, weight and destination of your items. The eBay postage calculator cannot determine how to do that, so we have to work it out manually to give you the best price. Please follow steps below:

1. Commit to buy the items you want, with the BUY IT NOW button;
2. Send us a message or eBay request for the total;
3. Please DO NOT PAY until we send you an INVOICE with the adjusted postage.

Please Note: Please DO NOT just use the ADD TO CART Button as we have no access to any items in your shopping cart.

In very few occasions, the postage won't be reduced if the items you ordered can not be combined in the same package.

Please note: we only respond to messages from the eBay message system. All messages sent to our external Emails are not monitored.

Payment

Time limitation: Please make payment within 7 days after your purchase, if you cannot, please contact us by eBay message. Otherwise an unpaid case will be opened on that order as eBay required. If the unpaid dispute has been open, you then have 4 days to pay for the order. Otherwise, the sales will be cancelled by eBay and you may get an unpaid strike

Cancellations: If you commit to purchase an item by mistake or change your mind before paying, that's fine. You can just send us a message WITHIN 7 DAYS of your purchase and we can send you the request to cancel orders.

Acceptable payment methods: PayPal Only.

Please Note: For internet banking, please remember to leave your EBAY ID (Exactly same as your eBay ID, Please copy and paste your eBay ID). It makes us easier to identify your payment. Otherwise, it will probably cause delay.

If you go to a local bank and cannot leave letters as reference. Please leave a unique number such as your mobile number and then MAKE SURE to tell us the reference so we can identify the payment for you.

Returns

30 DAYS RETURN

If the item does not work properly due to the manufacture defect or the item doesn't match the description, you should contact us via eBay message within 30 days of your receiving the item. We will reply with our details of how to return your item. And the item must be returned within 14 days following this notification.

You can return the item if

• The item has a manufacturer defect and in a not usable condition for its purpose
• The item does not match the description
• The item is damaged during the transit when you receive it
• The item is purchased in error or change your mind. ( surcharge apply)

Warranty doesn't cover misuse, after use damage, crashes, improper installation.
We do not cover the cost of freight if there is no fault with the product.

Return Requirement

1. The item must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging;
2. DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging.
3. The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us with no further damage.
4. If you purchase the item wrongly or change your mind, the item must be returned in the original and resalable condition.

Handling Time & Handling Fee

It may take us up to 7 business days to process the returned item after it has been received.

If there is a faulty with the product or description, there will be no further handling fee charged for the buyer. The total paid amount will be refunded to the buyer or a replacement/exchange will be sent to the buyer.

If the buyer purchase the item wrongly or change his/her mind after he/she receive the item or there is no faulty found when we receive the return. The postage and handling fee will apply.

Postage and Handling Fees

10% of the total amount paid for each order and it will be deducted from the refund provided to cover the eBay fee and handling.

The refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, an additional fee (20% of the total amount) will also be deducted from the refund amount to cover the actual postage and handling. If the item(s) is(are) returned by our prepaid return label, the return postage amount of $15 (per parcel) will be deducted from the total amount as well.

If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.

IMPORTANT

When returning the items, please make sure to include your eBay ID and a note with the reason of return.

Please note, you must contact us before you make the return/exchange, and returned item by COD will be rejected. If an exchange is not available, credit will be granted or product of similar or equal value will replace the original items under your agreement.
