Thus, we aim tomention everything known about a work and include detailed photographs of eacharea, including the back of the painting, a close up of the signature and anyknown scratches, wear or damage.

Return on Paintings:

If you return a painting or printbecause we have described it incorrectly, we will be happy to accept return ofthe painting within 7 days.  Returned paintings must bereturned tracked and signed by recorded delivery. We unfortunately cannotaccept 'proof of postage'. The painting needs to be bubble wrapped and haveadequate protection to be returned.

Framed paintings: 

Please note, you are bidding on theartwork and not the frame. We do try to retain the frame in the price of thepainting wherever possible, however, we cannot guarantee that this will beincluded in the sale unless this is specifically outlined in the description.Please read the descriptions carefully. Additionally, we cannot offer conditionreports on frames. Any included frames are not subject to refund or return inthe event of damage. All glass will be removed.

Glass:

Due to the fragile nature of ourartwork, shippers do not provide compensation for any damage caused duringtransit. By placing your bids, you accept and acknowledge that we cannotcompensate or refund for any damage occurring. Glass will be removed beforepackaging and will not be included in the shipment unless specificallyrequested at the buyer?s risk.

Payment:

We prefer Paypal - this is best for youthe buyer as you are fully protected under the Buyer Protection policy. 

Shipping & Handling:

All parcels are wrapped to a professionalstandard and sent with online tracking. UK quoted shipping is for mainlandonly; Highlands and Islands carries a surcharge as imposed by our carriers.Please ask for a quote if necessary.

Delivery: 

Due to the size, this work will be delivered by courier in the original frame. Please note that the delivery costs reflect this. 

For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, the artwork will be sent without frame, safely and carefully rolled in a postage tube.
