Your Right to Cancel
We understand that sometimes you may not wish to keep goods purchased from us.
For this reason, under our returns policy you may return goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date you received them.Please see our Returns Policy above.
If you are a customer within the European Union, you also have the legal right to a cooling off period within
which you may withdraw from the purchase of an item.
Your cooling off period ends 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods.
If goods have already been dispatched you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.
Returns of Non-Faulty Items
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you can return an unused purchase to us within 14days of the date you received the goods.
All items must reach us in original condition, complete with all parts, instructions, accessories, covers, etc and with any seals, shrink wrap, packaging and labels intact.
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, but you are responsible for paying for the carriage of items back to us.
