The Y-Cord Training Cable is designed for call center supervisors or management personnel to listen or engage in a call between an agent and a customer. By connecting two different headset via QD to a single bottom cable which then connect to the telephone, the audio paths are joined together for both microphone and speaker ends. Please be reminded that the Training Cable does not connect directly to a telephone, a bottom-cable with preset alignment is required for proper function.
