---this is an issue of The Battles of AMERICA by Sea and Land.  it was sold only to subscribers. later the issues would often be bound together.  you are considering the single issue shown, which also came with a nice engraving (as shown) in each issue.  the engraving itself is worth more than the price i am offering this at.  how cool. some have spots on the engraving (but you will see that in the photos) almost all have wear to the spine. i have many of the issues, but not the complete set, so i am offering them individually.

Note: part 1 has a date of 1859, i have not seen a date in the later parts
