Webster (1930 – 2007) was a member of the National Academy of Design, the American Watercolor Society and Allied Artists. Mr. Webster was president of the American Watercolor Society, a Dolphin Fellow and winner of the AWS Silver Medal and High Winds Medal. He has been honored with the coveted Obrig Prize for Watercolor at the National Academy of Design, among many other national and international awards.
