This is a Genuine Roetta Doll (as per her hang tag) that represents Amsterdam (Holland). She is made of a hollow lightwight hard molded plastic. She is wearing an attached traditional garment dress with attached wooden shoes and wooden necklace.  She does not have a hat. Sleepy eyes.

This doll is approx. 8.5" tall, The hang tag has slight bend. There is residue on the bottom of her shoes that makes me think it was once attached to a base.
