Vintage Columbia girls 7/8 jacket.  Dark blue, mid weight. This could be worn for winter but not for super cold weather, probably an above freezing...32 degree type and above weather in my mom opinion living in Wisconsin.  Material feels like a nylon and has a polyester lining. I believe this may be the liner, no shell if it was. There is a snap loop piece behind the neck and loops at the wrists. One tiny burn type hole under the forearm area.  Not very noticeable when wearing at all. Sharpie name on tag and a little paint off zipper pulls.  Otherwise looks great!  Zip pockets, roomy armpit area, higher and elastic at the waist (elastic is good and not crunchy).  Non smoking home. 

Measurements are all in inches taken with item laying flat and holding taut but not stretching.

Armpit to armpit about 18

Top at neck seam to bottom about 22

Bottom across about 19

Armpit at seam to end of arm about 17.5 at the armpit seam

Waist across at the elastic about 12 (will stretch a little bit)
