     Maybe your broker, freight company or customs agent charges taxes, commissions or charges in your country to deliver the product in your hands. This depends on each country and the cost varies according to the internal policies of each one.

     The costs of international buyers are not our responsibility nor are they included, since the cost only covers the transfer to your country. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred due to taxes and fees in accordance with the policies of your country.      For security reasons, it is likely that Customs will open packages for inspection, this is a normal condition and does not affect the quality of our products.

 

PAYMENT.

     For all "Buy Now" items, payment must be made immediately after purchase. For any "best offer" or "auction" item, pay within 72 hours. For your benefit, we accept Paypal for all of our listings.

SHIPPING.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE AND WE ONLY SHIP WITH FEDEX AND DHL.

 SHIPPING ADDRESS.

     If your shipping address is different from your PayPal address, add the shipping address to your authorized addresses in your Paypal account. We can only send you to an authorized PayPal address. We do not accept email to change the shipping address. We send from Caracas Venezuela, France and the United States.

 

TERMS OF SALE.

     The items come with the standard eBay return policy. If you accidentally bought something, change your mind, do not like it or decide that it is not right for you, we will have to charge you 30% of the restocking fee to cover administrative and shipping expenses or other general expenses.

     If there is an error on our part, please let us know and we will take care of it in a fair and timely manner.
