Description

This is a gorgeous 3-1/2" circular iron-on Milwaukee Braves embroidered patch.  The Boston Braves moved to Milwaukee and this was the Milwaukee Braves first logo.
Back in March of 1953, the Boston Braves primary logo was almost like this.  The only difference being "Braves" was in block letters inside a red stripe and "Boston" was in cursive.
Since the move was done quickly, the Milwaukee Braves logo creators made the two changes to the Boston Braves logo and MLB baseball was introduced in Milwaukee. The Braves stayed in Milwaukee from 1953 to 1965, moving to Atlanta after the 1965 season.  This is a well-made embroidered patch, with plenty of glue on the back.
All you need to do is place this patch on your favorite shirt, blouse, jeans, or any any other cloth item. After that, just lay a towel over the patch and iron.  The iron melts the glue and creates a super seal between this attractive patch and the cloth surface.  The patch in the scan is the one you are considering.

Condition:
This is a brand new, never used, embroidered patch.  Not so large that it looks gaudy, but big enough to show your team spirit.  Just, outrageously cool.  Honestly, I wouldn't offer it for sale at this price if I didn't think it is well worth at least this amount.
