The Saudi Arabia 1 Riyal Banknote from 1984 is part of the 1984-Fourth Series. Its obverse side features a portrait of King Fahd and a 7th-century Amawi gold dinar, the first Islamic coin. The reverse side features a beautiful countryside with flowers and the national emblem of Saudi Arabia. The note is 135 x 62 mm in size and contains a Solid security thread to enhance its security features. An image of King Fahd is also made visible under a UV light.
