We ship worldwide (In some of the countries it is currently impossible to send a shipment due to covid restriction).
Item will be shipped to the address you specify from southeastern Europe (Bosnia and Herzegovina) within 48 hours of receipt of payment (except when it comes to an payment placed on a Friday afternoon, saturday / Sunday or public holiday).
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed and therefore please ensure all details are correct.
Your item will be properly packed and provided with a tracking number. International delivery will be made by Registered Airmail. One of the Bosnian postal service "POSTE SRPSKE" is a reliable company, we can guarantee quick delivery worldwide.
If you insist, we will state on the shipment that it is a gift, but we will indicate the value as much as you actually paid. We are not responsible for any customs tax that can be charged in a country of delivery.
Delivery time: 10-30 working days. For most countries it will take between 10 and 22 working days.

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Gang De Wolf store, however occasionally you may need to return an item. Please write Us all the necessary details in message clearly stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.
You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled within seven (7) working days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. We try hard to accept all returns, returns don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition, we may have to send it back to you. The goods are returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
