I started BrickFrames about 5 years ago. I love Lego, so pride myself on providing a perfect frame to show off your Lego minifigures. I am one of the largest sellers of minifigure display Frames on Ebay. With 100% positive feedback you can assure yourself the perfect service. I make every frame to order as I am an individual rather than a ltd company churning them out. This means I can alter anything to suit your requirements  (just ask).

The Frame

I have always used the Ikea Ribba frame. 25cm x 25cm x 4.5cm with a 2.6cm gap between the Perspex front and the back to house the minifigures. This frame has a crystal clear Perspex front that protects your figures from dust and dirt unless you want to remove it to have access to your figures all the time. In Sept 2020 Ikea discontinued the Ribba Frame.   To ensure people with Collectable Minifigure collections can continue to display their new sets along side their old ones I have sourced an almost identical Ribba Frame from a new supplier. These frames continue to come in black, white and oak.

The new frames from Ikea are the Sannahed. An absolutely stunning 26.7cm x 26.7cm x6cm frame. The internal gap is a staggering 4.3cm and will house just about every figure and accessory that has ever been produced. This frame has the ability to be hung on the wall, displayed on a surface with the angle bracket or due to its sheer thickness just free standing up right.

Insert and Bricks

These frames include genuine ?Official? Lego inverted (angled) bricks. The standard brick is the 2x2 but where figures have accessories etc they are often swapped for 2x3 inverted slopes or a combination or 2x2, 2x3, 1x2 or 1x3 inverted slope to show off the figures and accessories to their best. The frame sent will have the same configuration as in the picture but again if you want specific accessory bricks or arrangements please leave a note when ordering.

Some sellers stick the bricks to the printed background. They will say they use extra thick card. Over time this card will warp. At Brickframes I stick all my bricks to a crystal clear 2mm acrylic insert that sits in front of the background. I use a very special solvent. It is extremely watery unlike glue. Therefore when the brick is pushed against the acrylic it disperses under the brick but surface tension prevents it from coming out from around the sides of the brick. It therefore leaves a perfect, crisp finish along the edge of the brick.. Be aware anyone using glue will have excess glue visible around the sides of the bricks. The solvent I use is so strong that once stuck you will struggle to remove the brick. The insert is therefore completely resilient to any knocks during its life and bricks will not fall off when figures are pushed onto their bricks..

The background are professionally printed at a local printers using the best and latest printing machines. (no home printers). As the background is housed between the back of the frame and the acrylic insert at anytime the background for your frame can be changed for a different design

Some people want the figures in leaflet order. If this is a requirement then please leave a note when ordering so I can ensure this happens. (sometimes the brick arrangement are aesthetically pleasing so not in leaflet order)
