Shipping
Most of our items will be sent by Royal Mail but for larger orders we may use Hermes.
We process orders Monday to Friday any order received on a Friday after the cut off time will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
International shipping and cost are calculated via eBays Global Shipping programme, we will not ship direct to countries outside the UK.
During busy periods like Easter, Christmas and Bank Holidays etc please allow a little bit more time for the delivery companies such as Royal Mail and Hermes to complete delivery.
Items cannot be collected.
Returns
If you have received an item that does not fit, is faulty or are not happy with please put a request in via eBay to return the item.
On receipt of the return goods a refund will be issued.
All goods must be returned via eBay and refunds will only be issued on returned goods.
