Vintage toy story buzz lightyear 12-in action figure with Matte Green finish very rare!

This figure works as it should it makes lights and sounds. The knees are a little loose but he can stand on his own if you finagle him a little. His helmet is complete!

He's missing some stickers and has some scratches.

The coolest thing about him is he has a velvety  matte finish on most of the green parts. I took pictures to try to capture it.

I couldn't find this figure anywhere so I  consider this very rare!
