I source most of my items from Thrift Stores, so most items have been previously owned, unless the listing states that it is a NEW ITEM. They may have minor flaws and/or defects ie: spots/stains, tiny holes/tears in the fabric, normal fading and wear of fabric for used clothing, missing belt loop, missing buttons. I do my best to describe items correctly but I do occasionally make mistakes. I will photograph any flaws I can find, so please always refer to the pictures of the item for details of its condition. The photos are considered part of the official description.
RETURNS: I will accept any item back within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. All items must come back in the same condition they were shipped out and arrived in. Buyer pays return shipping unless I made a mistake in the item’s listing.
SHIPPING: Every effort will be made to ship out items purchased and paid for by 10 pm EST out the next business day. Holidays and weekends can affect this, so please be aware. Items under 1 lb. will be mailed First Class – over 1 lb they will be mailed USPS Priority Mail or by the least expensive method available. Please be aware that Media Mail may take up to 8 business days shipping, and will be used for media items unless you request otherwise.
