My Grading Guide:

NM+= Looks unplayed/played once

NM = Near Mint, only very minor flaws

NM-=Not quite NM but nicer than a VG+.

VG+ (Excellent) = Nice Shape, Collectable Condition, Above Average.

VG = Used condition, Playing Copy, may want to upgrade someday, still a good solid record

Good: A bit below Average, usually only deal with rare LP's in this condition

Poor = This will not be sold unless it is very,very rare.
