3 - 45 ACP snap caps

This auction is for a set of 3 - 45 ACP Snap Caps.  These are capped with FMJ bullets. 

These snap caps contain no powder, or primers, but they will chamber.   They cannot fire, nor can they ever be made to fire.  

Unlike plastic or one-piece metal snap caps, these brass snap caps look right.  The brass brands used may vary from those in the pictures.  These were commercial casings that have been chemically and mechanically cleaned, sized, and had the primer pocket plugged, and then a bullet seated and crimped.  You can visually tell they are inert, as the primer pocket is plugged with an orange poly.    This poly in the primer pocket will cushion your firing pin for repeated dry fire practice, which will protect your old S&W and Colt revolvers with hammer mounted firing pins.

Shipping is a flat $4.00 for 1 set and $1.00 for each additional set, up to $8.00 maximum shipping for all sets.  Shipping may be combined with my other auctions.  If eBay charges you more than $8.00 at checkout, I will refund the shipping charge over $8.00.
