Up for sale it is a gorgeous and beautiful Russia 1984 Mint Set from the Leningrad Mint.  This Russia 1984 Mint Set is being sold as new-other.  The reason is being sold as new other is because I don't have the original packaging and I don't know if there was a certificate of authenticity ever issued.  I don't know if there was one COA ever issued.  The plastic protector case does show small blemishes and scratches on the front, sides and back of the coin set. The plastic protector case shows slight to small nicks after touching hard surfaces and or other items.  This Russia 1984 mint set does not show major damages such as cracks, areas chipped out, missing corners, etc.  The overall state of this Russia 1984 mint set is in excellent condition considering its age.  This Russia 1984 Mint set is being sold in "As is condition."
