These game cases and manuals may have wear, scratches, dents, creases and numerous other flaws.  Please ask questions if you have specific concerns about condition.  Item may show some signs of wear that may or may not be able to be seen in the photos.  All items are original and have been in my collection for many years.  Saved them from the trash many years ago while working at GameStop.
