NOTE
ATTENTION: Before assembling the radiator hose kits, remove any thermostat installed on the motorcycle.
TBF PERFORMANCE is a specialized Italian company, which exclusively produces high performance silicone sleeves
for each type of engine.
The sleeves are handcrafted in Italy using the best raw materials.
In order to obtain a superior product, great care is taken in the realization of the molds, all exclusively in steel,
perfectly joined and finished on the surface: they guarantee a perfect execution of the internal surfaces of the pipes,
without wrinkles or reductions in useful diameter (shrinkage) defects typical of other cheaper production processes
(hot bending, joining of pieces with fittings).
Each tube is then reinforced by wrapping a special silicone coupled with three layers of high-strength nylon mesh.
Before the final vulcanization, it is wrapped, by hand, with a special colored finishing tape that gives a shiny appearance to the sleeve.
Thanks to this process, the TBF PERFORMANCE sleeves offer impressive technical characteristics
(operating temperature from -60 ° C to + 260 ° C; operating pressure over 4 bar; thickness 4.5 mm) and an extremely racing look.
