I started making these for my property and they are such a hit.

I thought i would try some on ebay at a fraction of the cost of fancy ones.

All are constructed with screws and each piece can easily be replace.

The front opens up to easily clean it out.

The slotted front is not a favorite of sparrows

The bluebird can defend the nest better with slotted front.

You can google the slotted bluebird house is see its benefits.

There may be knots and splits but everyone is sturdy 

Most of the lumber is 1/2" to 5/8" hard wood.

The dimensions:

Back: 5-1/2 x 13-3/4

Actual Birdhouse side: 4-1/4 x 10-1/4

Inside: 3-3/4 x 4-1/2

Slot opening: 1-1/2 x 4-1/2

Roof: 5-1/4 x 7-7/8
