We ship nearly all orders within 24 hrs and add tracking numbers to eBay as soon as we ship.
If you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date,
please contact us as soon as possible through eBay messages. For domestic customers who are needing expedited service please contact me via ebay and I can add expedited services to the listing or let you know the cost directly.
If the calculated shipping price seems unusually high please please have a look at the shipping tab as we use multiple services and the lowest cost one may not be what is displayed. Also I can see quotes and maybe get the price reduced.

International Customers
I ship to most countries.
The calculated shipping in the listing may or may not be the best price. There are a few services I can get quotes from and each has varying levels of speed etc which impacts the cost. Please contact me via message and I can get some quotes and provide some options for you. When you send the message please include you local postal code. Some of the services require it for the quote. Some countries have tad ID numbers for their citizens which are used for import taxes/duties. Several carriers require me to include those numbers so they can process these taxes when they process the package through your country customs group. Please send me the tax ID, if you have one, and a contact phne number as well as contact e-mail, ebay does not provide it. I need these to add that info to the shipping docs. This information will be used by the carrier to contact you regarding payment of any fees or import duty when the package arrives in country. If they cannot reach you, the package will eventually be returned or discarded. Please check your spam folder as sometimes the carrier e-mails will be put in your spam folder by your e-mail service provider. I have a universal tracking website I use, unfortunately I cannot place it here in the listing due to restrictions on links in the listings. I can provide it via message though. The third party carriers don't auto update the tracking scans in ebay so you need an external site to see the updates. **Argentina Customers** We have several problems with packages shipped via USPS to Argentina. Many get returned. Seems like UPS has been more reliable though it is more expensive. Please contact me to get a UPS quote.

Payment

We accept all forms of payment that are permitted by eBay. We do have a merchant account and in certain circumstances where Paypal is not permitted, like Argentina, I can invoice you via your e-mail and you can pay using a credit card. It is an Authorize.net account so it is secure.

Returns

If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact us as
soon as possible through eBay messages so that we can resolve the issue.
