This is a white cherub with a green drape (across the privates, of course) standing on a round white pedestal next to a green laced boot.  The cherub has right foot on the boot and is holding a bottle in each hand.  

The base is 3-7/8 in. diameter x 5-3/4 in. tall.  there is a faint mark on bottom, but Libby could not identify it.  She thought the origin may be English.
