The brass plaque says "L.E. Cooper" but I have not been able to come up with any information on this person. It has a blue disc with "Worlds Fair 1962 Seattle Wash." under the name plaque. The Marble base measures measures about 10" X 5" X 3/4". It has 2 brass pen holders that swivel and felt on the bottom. The pens have plastic bodies maarked "WM Sheaffer Pen Co, Fort Madison, Iowa, USA Made in the USA", the nibs are marked "Sheaffer's reg us patent office, Made in the USA, 14 K"The pens measure about 6 3/4" from the end of the nib to end of body. The marble base has a small chip on the back upper corner, the disc has a tiny bit of loss under the notch on the right side. The plaque has some scratching and a little tarnish. The brass plate under the one pen holder need to be tightened, the holders have some scratching and tarnish. I have not tested the pens. The barrels have some scratching, the nibs have some ink on them from siting in the holders and some scratching. I see no breaks, cracks or other damage to the pens.
