Terrafirma Premium ceramic brake pads are composed of a dense ceramic material (like pottery fired in a kiln) with embedded copper fibres. In use since the 1980s, ceramic pads were developed as an alternative replacement for organic and semi-metallic brake pads because at the time these types produced too much noise and dust. Ceramic pads are also generally easier on rotors than semi-metallic pads.

You may return any unused items up to 30 days from the date of receipt or purchase. To return an item from our Ebay shop please contact us either via Ebay or give us a call and speak to our Parts Department. We will require your invoice number or postcode when you contact us to confirm the date of purchase.
Parts that have been fitted or that have not been returned in the original packaging in the 30 days will not be accepted as a return due to the fact we cannot re sell the item. Please enclose a copy of your invoice in the package when returning.
All new items have at least 12 months manufacturer’s warranty but must go through our procedure, this includes returning the item for manufacturer testing and finding faults with the item. If the manufacture deems with item damaged or worn, then the claim will be rejected. For any reason you return a part without informing a parts department, this will just cause delay in the process.
For any reason you do return an item for being faulty then we can offer a refund or a replacement part if the manufacturer deems it at fault. If you are just returning the item because you no longer want the goods, then it will have a 20% transaction charge.
