This Russian silver with niello box was produced ca. 1857 in Moscow. It bears Moscow hall mark "84", mark of Moscow assay master I. Avdeev with a date of 1857 (Postnikova 619) and a mark of an unknown silversmith "NF" (in Cyrillic; unlisted in Postnikova).
