After we have received your photos we'll send you a preview of how your collage looks on your chosen canvas. This way you can make any adjustment to the photo positioning before we print. We'll also let you know about any image resolution issues.

Items will be carefully packaged so they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.

Please note: We can only dispatch after you have approved your canvas mock up. We send these to check you are happy with the positioning of your photo on the canvas before we print. Please check your eBay messages regularly as we have a fast turn around time.

Covid update: We are dispatching on time. However, there are still delays within the postal system. We hope your parcel arrives on time, but this means parcels may arrive after the estimated eBay delivery date. By purchasing this item you accept that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We are unable to give refunds on parcels that arrive later than estimated. In the unlikely event a parcel is lost in the post we will of course replace or refund.
     

Returns policy                  
If in the unlikely circumstance there's a problem with the product once it arrives, please contact us through eBay within 30 days, attaching images of the problem to your message. Once the item has been returned to us in the original packaging materials we can issue a refund.
