Payment Terms: We expect payment within 48 hrs of purchase, failure to pay or contact us within this time scale will result in a "non paying bidder" reminder being issued. We are happy to accept payment via PayPal or credit / debit card.

VAT: Price includes VAT at the current rate.

Shipping: Price includes next day courier delivery UK mainland only and excludes Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland & The Scottish Highlands & Islands. Delivery may still be possible to these locations by other services, please contact us for delivery cost and arrangements.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you have any concerns please email us in the first instance and allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues.

Should you require to return an item please contact us first.

All goods must be returned in their original condition with all of the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. Tradsol Ltd will not pay the carriage for any unwanted goods to be returned. Goods may be returned by courier or by registered post; this cost must be met by the customer.

Tradsol Ltd comply with the distant selling regulations and ebay's own return policy, however we reserve the right to deduct a fee (up to 100%) of the original purchase price for items that are returned and cannot then be re-sold as "new".

This can include, but is not exclusive to:

• Items returned in damaged / ripped packaging
• Items returned in none original packaging
• Items returned incomplete

This charge will not apply to items returned in original "new" condition, or items returned because they were damaged in transit.
When returning an item it is the senders responsibility to make sure it is correctly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Items damaged in return carriage to Tradsol Ltd may result in a reduced refund, dependant upon condition, of up to 100%.
Returns are not possible for custom, except when damaged in transit from Tradsol Ltd to the purchaser.

Refunds

• All products carry a 7 day money back policy; this does not apply to bespoke items or items made to your specification.
• Items specified as non returnable cannot unfortunately be refunded.
• The product must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with all parts supplied with it.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds should they not meet the above criteria.
• We only refund the price of the item once it has been received by Tradsol Ltd.
• Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being supplied by Tradsol Ltd.
• Once the goods have been returned to Tradsol Ltd please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be issued.

Faulty Merchandise

• The customer must notify Tradsol Ltd, within 7 days of receipt, of any damages, faults or incomplete fittings. After this period of time, Tradsol Ltd cannot accept responsibility.
• Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, depending on the customers? requirements.
• If only part of the item is damaged / faulty Tradsol Ltd will send out a replacement part. In the event that a part cannot be supplied, the complete item will be replaced.
• Tradsol Ltd will pay for return carriage of damaged or faulty goods.
• Regarding damaged or faulty goods Tradsol Ltd will not be held liable for any related costs incurred by the customer, e.g. installer fees, loss of earnings etc.

Product

• All products conform to British standards.
• All dimensions and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

Installation

• We will not accept liability for any personal injury due to improper installation or use.
• We will not be held liable for any installer charges that result from incorrect installation.

Warranty

• All products carry a minimum 1-year warranty with Tradsol Ltd, unless otherwise stated.
• In the event of a fault occurring the product will be repaired or replaced depending on the nature of the fault.
• The warranty is void if deemed that the item has been incorrectly fitted or been used in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
