What condition is it in?

Brand new in factory sealed box. We take considerable time to produce high-definition photos of each item for you to review prior to purchase. Many of our products are vintage, meaning they are over 20 years old. Some will have wear consistent with age and use, while others will be in mint/near mint condition. Models have small plastic pieces that could be detached or missing. Please understand that it is our intention to disclose all damage via our photos, so please take a closer look at each of them. Who are we?

We established My Found Treasures in 2017 with a single purpose in mind; to create an enjoyable business that our children could be involved with. It has been an amazing experience and we now have multiple generations working together. We are especially looking forward to our four grandsons getting old enough to start their new position as Executive Vice President of Toy Testing.

How quickly do we ship?

Our average turn-around time is 1 business day excluding weekends and holidays.

 

How well do we package the items?

We will package it very carefully using professional materials. It is our goal for your item to reach you quickly and securely.

 

Do we ship internationally?

Yes. The shipping charge does not include; import duties, taxes and charges. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 

Return Policy

We are happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.

Items must not be damaged or show additional wear

You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
