This vest is in like new Condition, no rips, tears, stains or issues I could find. This was given to us as a gift but was to big for our dog. We did try it once and worked great but needed a smaller one. The main body area measures @ 19" L and has adjustable neck and tail end areas. Easy clean material if needed. Light weight & secure. This vest is Great for a med. to large Dogs. Adjustable straps that secure your pet comfortably. Quick dry, easy clean.
