About Us
Gardenandfloristsupplies is part of a group company founded in 2002 primarily as a supplier to garden nurseries, focusing on labelling solutions. Since then our range has grown to include Floristry supplies, twines and cords, festive supplies and dried goods.
Whilst we have grown since our inception we remain a family run business based in East Anglia who pride ourselves on offering a great products at great prices supported by a trusted and friendly service.
If you need any advice or guidance when choosing your product please feel free to call us and we have staff available to help Mon-Fri 9.30am to 5pm.
Delivery
Orders are normally despatched within 1 working day of receipt if there is any delay we will notify you by e-mail. Delivery is via Royal Mail 48hr service, whilst Royal Mail generally hit the 48hr target they can occasionally take 1 extra day, especially during busy postage periods.
Returns & Cancellations Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify any problems or arrange for you to return the items for a refund.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days.
You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 working days after the day you received it.
We will refund the cost of the goods in full. If the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly we will also refund the delivery charge and return postage within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. It is important that you return the goods new and unused in the original packaging for you to receive a replacement or refund. If insufficiently protected we have the right to refuse the returned item.
