You're looking at a OLD VINTAGE EFFANBEE PATSYETTE 9" COMPOSITION DOLL WITH PINK DRESS. The doll is in pre-owned condition with signs of wear as scratches, stains, paint chips, some peeling, stress lines and light soiling. She's made of a composition material. Her face area is in good condition with some light scratches, stains and light soiling. Her molded hair area shows some scratches, paint chips and light soiling. At her back neck area, she shoes a stress line with a crack, see picture . She has strung jointed head, arms and legs, she has been restrung. Her right arm shows a peeling with a scratch at her elbow area. Her both hands show some peeling, chips and paint chips at her fingers areas, especially at her left hand; both hands show some light soiling. Her body area is in good condition with some scratches, stains and stress lines. Her legs areas show some peeling, scratches and stress lines. Her fett areas show some peeling also with scratches and light soiling. Her dress and underwear are made of a pink color, I think they're original to the doll, both need to be washed, they show some soiling, stains, dust, loose threads and creases. The doll measures 9" (23 cm) in height approx. I found her at an estate sale.
