1.All prices include delivery in Mainland England only, other areas will incur extra delivery charges.
We will only deliver to Mainland England UK as we use a Courier company. If it is not in the Mainland England, there will be a surcharge of £9 or more (e.g. Scotland £15.00, Scottish Highlands £19.00), if not sure please email us.
3.All items are checked and in full working order prior to dispatch.
4.Most UK orders arrive within 2-5 working days of the order being place. However, please allow at least a week before starting to worry.
5.Please provide a contact number which might help to arrange delivery quickly.
6.Delivery times are Mon-Fri between 08:00 to 18:00
7.Please ensure all door entries will allow the equipment to pass through.
8.We cannot held responsible if the equipment will not fit.
9.There will be a charge if the item will not fit in the premises and has to be taken away.
10.All deliveries are kerbside only.
11.It is your responsibility to take the goods inside your premises.
12.It is your responsibility to examine the equipment upon receipt.
13.Delivery must be refused if there are any damages. Please inform us immediately.
14.Damages claimed after signing the delivery note will not be valid
