These three great German Alpine scenes come from a large local collection.  The first shows the Swiss town of Fluelen on Lake Lucerne with the great peak Bristenstock in the background.  It is a silver gelatin photo and was professionally produced and copyrighted by  the Wehrli A G of Kitchberg (Zurich) (catalogue number 14722).  It is 9" x 6.5". and is in great condition.  The second photo dates to the 19th c. and is a large format featuring the High Tor near Matlock Bath in Derbyshire, England.  I think this photo could date as early as 1865.  The image is 9.5" x 7.5" and the cardboard mount is 12" x 10".  The image is in good condition with a few foxed spots.  the backing card also has some foxing.  The final photo is of a famous falls in Norway called Espelandsfos.  It is 4.5" x 6.5" and has a 3/4" tear on the right edge (repaired with archival tape) and a few light folds.
