Hawaiian Big Game Trolling Lures      9" Ghost (Obake)

 "Obake" (Japanese word for Ghost).   

Pronounced "O" like oh my.  "BA" like ba ba black sheep.  "KE" like Kay.  Obake

I came out with this in the beginning of summer 2019.  I refilled the stores at the end of summer.  I made 12" 6 hole Jets, 12" Plungers, 9" Jets, 7" and 5 " one holes.  All heads and skirted lures sold out in Hilo, Hawaii; Lahaina, Maui; 3 stores on Oahu.  

1/21/2020.  I poured resin with inserts I had available and polished them.  This month 2 stores got heads and I am skirting lures for 3 other stores and ebay.  

 

Lure:  Violet Pearl in resin with White Shell inserts with Red (Black dot center) eye.  9 inch 5 hole Jet.  (WK) White Knight Cut.  Awesome.

4/4/2022.  Still Hot and catching fish.  Still selling out.   

Outside skirt is "Blue Salmon" Pearl Blue top, Pearl Tan/Brown bottom.  Depending on Brand available.  

Inside skirt is "Lup Chong" Lavender/Orange Stripe/Pink


Rigging:  1 or 2 Hook Rigging available.

My policy in Hawaii is free shipping to the outer Island’s Fishing Supply Stores.  This way, they can have the same retail prices Statewide.  I am extending this to all Domestic Shipping.  This includes packing in bubble wrap envelope and confirmation of Delivery.
