”DSquared2 x Man City Unveil Their Latest Formalwear Uniforms
Bringing what has now become a traditional seasonal refresh to the scene, Dsquared2 have launched their latest Manchester City formalwear uniforms
,once again combining the classic darkened hues that are fast becoming synonymous with the series with club branding. The latest Dsquared2 x
Manchester City collection has already raised eyebrows when, prior to the Champions League match against Real Madrid, Aguero, De Bruyne and the
rest of the City squad travelled in an interesting double denim look that drew numerous comparisons, most notably with the inmates of Shawshank
Redemption. But that combo aside, the collection once again brings a dark vibe to the lifestyle capsule, providing a subtle way to show support to
City.Following up last year's collection, this year’s offering sees the aforementioned denim offerings combined with various jackets – including a stylish
offering for manager Pep Guardiola – hats and other apparel, all featuring a mixture of subtle and not-so-subtle club branding throughout. Manchester
City and the Italian fashion brand, recognised for its detail-oriented tailoring, first announced their partnership in October and it has since seen Dsquared2
dress Manchester City's players and coaching staff in their exclusive pre-match uniforms for all away UEFA Champions League games.
