I bought this and it was NIP. I finally opened the packages I ordered. Elastic is not good but you can still use or use sheet straps. However, the sheet is perfect with it's factory folds etc. You could repurpose or make cases. It is 50/50 and I aired it on the line as it had the old odor. It has never been used, so we are marking as new, but may be OOP.
